From Monday 02 July 2007 the practice was merged with that of Lukaitis Partners and I became a consultant with Lukaitis Partners.

Payment of Accounts

For your convenience, accounts may be paid online, securely by Visa or MasterCard credit card via PayPal®.

Note:

If your invoice is dated not more than 14 days earlier than today's date, no surcharge applies.
If your invoice is dated more than 14 days earlier than today's date, a surcharge of $2 for every $100 or part thereof, applies.

If a surcharge is applicable, it must be added to the total of the account you are paying.

For example, if your account totals $575.00, the surcharge is $12 (6 x $2), making the total sum payable $587.00.

Ensure that YOUR name and the invoice number you are paying are provided in the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION panel.
